The environmental effect of Land Use and Land Cover Change (LUCC) is one of the focus issues in land science. Taking Xinjiang as an example, this paper analysed the oasis land use changes and its impact on eco-environment. Three ecological characteristics about The Oasis Land Use in Xinjiang were indicated: structural layers, un-substitutive for ecological intermediate district, the oasis and desertification mutually for transformation. Then, based on the means of ecological footprint, it indicated the inner reason about the eco-environment breaks in Xinjiang was unreasonable land utilization. At last, this paper put forward the countermeasure of the sustainable development on the resource use and ecological environment.
