Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

Nitrogen release experiments in water and field experiments showed that three release stages were found in nitrogen release curve of controlled release nitrogen fertilizers: increasing stage, peak stage, decreasing stage. Field experiments showed that controlled release nitrogen fertilizers met the nitrogen requirements of young apple trees, and then promoted trees´ growth. There was no difference in growth between the Urea treatment (0.2kgN·tree-1) and the controlled release fertilizers L treatment (0.1kgN·tree-1).
