Abstract
The Ion Cyclotron Resonance Accelerator (ICRA) is ideally suited for the production of radioisotopes or neutrons. The general theory of the ICRA and the designs of and simulation results for a proof-of-principle, one MeV ICRA and a 10 MeV ICRA for isotope or neutron production are presented
