Abstract
A reliability evaluation method of Numerical Control System is put forward based on Bayesian theory in view of the feature that it has high reliability and high life. in the instance that the prior distribution of the Bayesian method is in the form of reliability, a solution was given to the determination of the super parameter, and thus a practical and feasible method was presented for NC reliability evaluation, which has been proved to be effective through examples.
