Abstract :
The antibody-antigen recognition mathematics model built by Tarakanov was analyzed. In order to apply this mathematics model to faults diagnosis, the model was modified. According to the modified mathematics model, an antigen recognition mathematics model was presented. Decomposition of pattern class matrices was used to generate antigen recognition couples, then calculate the combination energy values of other antigen with the antigen recognition couples. The antigen belongs to the pattern class that generates the biggest combination energy. A faults diagnosis immune algorithm based on antigen recognition was put forward according to the antigen recognition mathematics model. The algorithm was applied to differential mechanism of automobile faults diagnosis. The diagnosis result shows that the algorithm has good robustness and high accuracy
