Abstract :
The piezoelectric transducer plays a key role in the ultrasonic equipment. In the assembly process of piezoelectric transducer with traditional method, the torsion and the pressure have some fluctuations, and as a result, in the process of using the piezoelectric transducer, the electric-acoustic transformation efficiency of the piezoelectric transducer gets lower, the temperature of the piezoelectric transducer rises, piezoelectric ceramic fractures easily and so on (Yuan Yicheng et al., 1996). Constant torsion assembly method of piezoelectric transducer based on PC control for solving above problems is proposed in this paper. The constant torsion control system is composed of piezoelectric transducer assembly machine, voltmeter, A/D converter, pc, servo motor, torque wrench, pressure valve and hydraulic pump. Changing the torsion imposed on the nut of the piezoelectric transducer with the help of the computer control and the detection system by testing the quantity of charge created on the piezoelectric ceramic under compression, intelligent and automation assembly can be obtained. The method can improve the assembly precision and make the piezoelectric transducer be difficult to loose and fracture while it is working
