Abstract :
In this paper, we propose a very simple but powerful method of bandwidth enhancement for general CMOS current-mirror circuits. Introducing a compensation resistor between the gates of the primary transistor pair of the current-mirror can lead to a significant bandwidth enhancement. Both simulated and measured results are presented in this paper
