After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

Combinating with the phenomena of excessive carbide mesh, micro-cracks and etc. in bearing ring forging parts becaus of cooling technology backwardness, study of new smart and controlled cooling technology and equipment to achieve cooling process automation, intelligent production process quality control, process equipment to ensure their quality. Through enterprise trial production testing, forging microstructure refinement after the cooling part, mesh carbide can be controlled in the following 2 to eliminate micro-cracks, shorten production cycles, lower costs, meet foreign bearing the company´s supply requirements.
