In this paper, to Investigate the result of "Building a New Socialist Countryside in China", the Investigation about disposal of garbage in the Xiqing area of Tianjin is done through two ways ,and the first is investigation on the spot and the other is inquiry. The convulsion is that residents mainly understand garbage separation policy through television and newspaper, and their environmental awareness are stronger, and more than 63.3% people have the habit of waste separation and support for the separate collection of refuse, and the majority of the public can accept the classification is recyclable and non-recovery method of classification.
