  • Abstract
    The purpose of this paper is to seek a practical convenient, effective engineering method in order to realize computer control by applications of automatic control theory and computer control techniques. In this paper, according to the optimum operating mode temperature control curve for beer fermenting technology, and making use of practical modelling method, models of different technology curve sections in a beer fermenting period are modelled. On these grounds, a compound control algorithm for different technology curve sections is selected and a distributed computer control system (DCS) devised. Control algorithm parameters are determined by simulation
