Abstract :
The residues of salbutamol in pork liver was detected by fluorometric method photometry at excitation wavelength of 280 nm and emission wavelength of 310nm . The results were shown that the linear relationship was found in the concentrations of salbutamol from 0.032 to 12.8μg/mL and the correlation coefficient was 0.9999. The mean recovery rate reached 97.7% and the values of RSD from 1.1 to 3.9% and the limits of dection defined at 0.9μg /kg.
