  • Abstract
    Inquiring diagnosis of Traditional Chinese medicine is one of the basic methods for diagnosing disease. Inquiry can collect the most extensive clinical information of patient. It can get many of disease information which can´t be got by any other method. This paper presents a complex system model for inquiring diagnosis based on the combination of formal concept analysis theory and Traditional Chinese medicine. Computerized inquiring diagnosis system gets scores of symptoms and syndrome elements through voice interactive way between human and the system. In accordance with principles of formal concept analysis, the system generates the name of syndrome (ZHENG) and the corresponding reference treatment advices. The preliminary experimental result shows that the inquiring diagnosis system is effective and feasible.
