Abstract :
In this paper, a pair of new positive definite-coupling operators similar to norm is given. Meanwhile, hinted by the Hungarian algorithm for the assignment problem, an algorithm of the pair of operators is proposed. Thus, the solution of the assignment problem is provided with certain mathematics theoretical foundation, which is forced by necessity to be improved for the operational research.
