Abstract :
In the present work, an AC voltage regulator is presented; this regulator is developed in base to AC/AC buck chopper topology. The traditional AC/AC buck topology is complemented with an electronic variable impedance circuit, VI circuit, in order to suppress the over-voltages, while the buck circuit suppresses the under-voltages. Simulations results are shown to verify the correct regulation process
