Abstract :
Culture force is one of three-main important environment force for construction enterprises´value innovation. Based on literature review among the culture, culture force and enterprise culture force, the paper argues that culture governance is the highest state for construction enterprises to improve construction enterprises value innovation ability. Then, culture force system is divided into four parts, which is Enterprise spiritual culture, Enterprise system culture, Enterprise behavioral culture, Enterprise material culture, at the same time, the corresponding index sysytems have also been constructed. In order to realize the Efficiency Evaluation of Construction Enterprises Value Innovation Culture Force, the paper has built construction enterprise value innovation culture force evaluation model centered in DEA and assisted by AHP and construct efficiency wave analyzing picture based on project deviation ideology to pursue the efficiency gap among theindex of culture forces. At last, fourteen shaanxi construction enterprises´ investgate shows that this method could estimate the Construction Enterprises Value Innovation Culture Force´s efficiency effectly.
