Abstract :
The limitations of Shannon´s communication system model are analyzed when the model is used to realistic information system, and the similarities between the Shannon´s communication system model and realistic information system are pointed out, especially the consideration of the reliability of information. Based on the reliability of information, a generalized information system model suitable widely in most realistic information system is proposed.
