Abstract
In order to support the realisation of a submillimeter limb sounder instrument for a monitoring of the middle atmosphere, the European Space Agency (ESA) runs a program for the development of critical instrument technologies. Breadboarding results from this program, covering a 600 GHz heterodyne receiver, spectrometers for wide band and high resolution spectral analysis as well as waveguide components for use at 2.5 THz, are presented
