  • Abstract
To avoid leading to an inversion solution for local minima of linear inversion, simulated annealing is introduced into 2-D geophysical joint inversion of magnetotelluric and seismic in this paper. L-curve method and a new adaptive algorithm are adopted for optimal regularized parameter determination. The results of joint inversion using these choices are compared and discussed. The model test shows that adaptive regularized joint inversion we studied is more effective and rigorous.
