Abstract :
A signal got from photomultiplier tube consists of useful and to the dark signal and fluctuation noise. It is necessary to conduct its digital treatment with the purpose of selection of useful constituent a signal. In the article a resulting signal is offered to give in a frequency form and conduct its spectral analysis on the basis of discrete Fourier transform. An author throws out suggestions to adopt the model of the explored signals as multiharmonic row with the limited number of harmonic. Since the expansion of signal is carried out, it is possible to define the particle of every spectral constituent in total power of signal and compare them to the conditional norm or certain known types of rejections of antioxidant properties of bioassays which are made on the stage of studies. Such harmonics will serve as the integral signs of classifications of the registered signal from bioassays and they are more proof comparatively with the traditional in medical practice parameters of estimation on the basis of the calculated coefficients which do not have repetition in the series of the same types measurings. The spectral correction of signal is conducted with application of rectangular spectral window with subsequent transformation him in a sentinel area.
