Abstract :
Electret effect in paraffins for n=18 to 28 is analyzed in a new experimental method “Frozen Time Domain Spectroscopy” (FTDS). The FTDS method is a kind of dielectric spectroscopy in the equilibrium state which researches the dielectric relaxation process. From the slow response process, we find one slow response peak splits when the paraffin melts and we extract the activation energy and total frozen charges
