Abstract :
According to the geometric features of concave spherical surface and the principle of spherical surface generation manufacturing, we can gain the grain trajectory model of ground surface and educe grain grinding trajectory patterns through formulas. The accuracy of the workpiece geometry and surface texture analysis is based on grinding trajectory patterns. Based on grinding trajectory patterns to choose the appropriate processing parameters of angle, spherical surface generation cutting can be achieved by using sharp edges of grinding wheel.
