Abstract :
The introduction of the dynamic description of system of instructions of microcontrollers is offered. Dynamics is meant changes of number of operands in instructions, change of the size of word length of machine instructions etc. on different microprocessor platforms. The dynamic description will allow to describe languages of the assembler of various platforms in view of their constructive and functional features.
