Abstract :
Based on the idea of mechanical optimization design, dies meeting the requirements were built by the analysis on the stamping part front-covering-shell. The DYNAFORM software is used for CAE analysis. Because CAE is introduced, stamping is developed from the original analysis on strain and stress to simulation and analysis of process by finite element method and so on. Finally, press process optimization design is implemented.
