Abstract :
What we observe by the TSC method is the slow polarization response and the method only gives the sum of the charge. Another method of time domain spectroscopy has been used to study dielectric spectroscopy in the thermodynamically equilibrium state. It is a very powerful method which gives more information than from the TSC method. The relaxation in discharge is due to free diffusion of the nonequilibrium binding space charge
