Abstract :
The external factors influence on output functions of electronic devices under the normal distribution law of the parameters of elements is being investigated. The application capability of simplified normal tolerances and interval tolerances models was estimated. The possibility of the compensation conditions observance is analyzed for nonlinear output functions.
