Abstract :
Firstly, this paper found the indexes system of equipment procurement project organization environment and the indexes system of equipment procurement project organization design. Secondly, the sensitivity analysis model of equipment procurement project organization environment based on BP neural network is given, and simulation analysis is processed. Finally, organization design strategy of controlling environment factors is given.
