Abstract :
Summary form only given. We have demonstrated a new, simple, and intense THz-radiation source just using bulk InAs. Furthermore, the radiation spectrum is well-controlled by the excitation pulsewidth, chirp direction of the excitation pulse, and the magnetic field.
