Abstract :
The paper shows the modle of the machining error analysis of non-circular gear, and proposes a standard of determining the cumulative errors, which is based on the CNC hobbing principle of non-circular gear and the linkage plan of the CNC hobbing machine of the non-circular gears for the issues of the cumulative errors in the pitch curve of non-circular gear tooth profile during the process of non-circular gear CNC machining. It provides the basis for solving the error accumulation, and improving machining accuracy.
