Abstract :
Aiming at material kitting and substitution reduced by production changes during complex equipment production process and by analysis of material requirements harmony among product BOM, process planning BOM and production planning BOM, the model of material substitution has been established with materials kitting constraint. By using cost-minimizing as optimized purpose and according to material different attributes(design attributes, process attributes and planning attributes) as contain parameters of materials institution, an algorithm rule is designed to select part substitution to make materials selection, match and institution come true and ensure required materials arrived sufficiently and timely. Finally, the solution is proven to be reasonable and effective in an application example.
