Abstract :
The paper consists of analysis and design of safe database system, which have to be help in operating and post-processing survey data during periodic test wire ropes. Periodic rope tests are important and essential issue during wire rope exploitation. Tests generate diagnostic data, which have to be stored, accessible and evaluated. Data can be stored in database and requested on client web page. Importance of stored data constrains secure and reliable structure of database system. The goal of the designed system is to help in managing flow data, storing data, generating reports and scheduling next date of the test of wire. The data there are all information about target of analysis, ropes, its equipments and condition and magnetic and visual tests results etc. It is also possible to used decision rules system to estimate diagnostic data and help supervisor.
