Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

We use combination of a genetic algorithm and Nelder-Mead simplex method, which take use of the mutation operation of genetic algorithms to enhance the simplex method of global search capability, while addressing the standard genetic algorithm local search ability of the weaker issues. And an example is given to demonstrate the superiority of the algorithm, and the feasibility of the design used in ceramic formulations.
