Abstract :
With the unceasing expands of permanent magnet meterial used in IT industry on scientific research, production and application, the machining technics of it is very important. The degumming process of permanent magnet meterial may quitly affect its quality. So, the design of new type degumming apparatus is exigency. Now, the new degumming apparatus has been developed towards the direction of higher intelligence, higher operating flexibility and higher productivity. The mechatronic of the degumming apparatus on permanent magnet researched in this paper shows that it is a component unit with integral and independent function in this whole system. It has three main parts: the mechanical transmission parts, electric drive execution part and the part of signal detection and control. After the parameters being confirmed according to the demand, the bond graph of the new apparatus is established and dynamics equations are listed. The dynamic simulation has been done with MATLAB in this paper. Finally, The simulation results has been used to verify the validity and feasibility of the design on the mechatronic of the new degumming apparatus.
