Abstract :
Discusses a method to develop a user-specific standard cell library using advanced library development tools. The tools described support library engineering, development, quality assurance and productization. The tools can also automatically support multiple vendor ASIC design tools, including VHDL and Verilog, schematic entry tools, simulators, logic synthesizers, datapath compilers, and other compilation tools
