  • Abstract
Air conditioner electric load was the most significant factor for residential electrical peak load. Outdoor environmental parameters such as outdoor air temperature and humidity might have effect on air conditioner electric load. A field testing was carried out in Wuhan to study the relationship among residential electric load, outdoor air temperature and humidity. The result showed that the changing of air conditioner electric load was closed to outdoor air temperature and there were linear relationship in some temperature zone. However, it had a little effect on daily basic electric load. There was no evident indicate that humidity had directly effect on air conditioner electric load and basic electric load with the testing data.
