Abstract
This paper presents a low cost voltage stabilization scheme using a FACTS modulated dual switching power filter compensation scheme driven by a dynamic error driven controller to stabilize the voltage at load bus. Voltage stabilization and power quality enhanced under electrical load excursions and disturbance are achieved using a novel PWM switching dynamic tri-loop controller developed by the first author. The tri-loop dynamic error driven tracking controller is based on PWM switched capacitor compensation stage in addition to fixed capacitor stage
