Abstract :
Research is conducted on the typical faults of one type of cannon servo system. Theoretical analysis is completed for 2 typical faults which are open circuit in power transistors of inverter and Hall sensors fault. The fault features of the system are given when it is under different fault conditions. And different types of faults are simulated using Simulink. The results of simulation prove the correctness of theoretical analysis. Thus an idea to realize on-line fault detection of the servo system is provided.
