Abstract
This paper illustrates the implications, features and status of the model of e-teaching ability (META). By establishing the e-teaching ability development system (ETADS), it provides a virtual environment of network for teachers to study advanced information technology, knowledge and skills, and prompts to improve their teaching ability of adopting information technology.
