Abstract :
This full custom 6.6 mm by 5.9 mm, 1 μm CMOS IC contains two independent CCSDS standard, Reed Solomon encoders. Each encoder performs 2560 MOPS while encoding data at a rate of 320 Mbits/sec and incorporates control circuitry which is immune to single event upset in the space environment
