Abstract :
The calculation model of the influence quantity of the transverse distribution of the tensile stress of the strip caused by the guiding roller profile in the continuous annealing furnace is established. By which the transverse distribution of the tensile stress of the strip influenced by the raw shape of the strip, the transverse temperature difference of the strip and the guiding roller profile synthetically in the continuous annealing furnace is calculated. Based on these, the best raw shape of the strip which meets the need of the continuous annealing furnace is optimized, in order to achieve the goal of the most evenness of the transverse distribution of the tensile stress of the strip.
