Abstract :
Accessing and analyzing user demands accurately and efficiently are the key to achieving product innovation. Through summarizing engineering practice, a method of requirements acquisition and processing on the basis of customer satisfaction is established, as well as the approach of requirements transformation and innovative strategies identification based on quality function deployment (QFD) is presented. According to the abovementioned process, a prototype software system is established and a brief description on functional model of system is given.
