Abstract :
Eu/SiO2 Nanoparticles was prepared through sol-gel method. The gel was synthesized through the hydrolysis of a complex solution of containing tetramethoxy-silicane (TMOS) and EuCl3·6H2O. X ray diffraction analysis showed that that there are crystalline materials appeared in the amorphous SiO2. The fluorescence spectroscopic analysis showed that the Eu/SiO2 fluorescence peaked at 590 nm with excitation wavelength of 390 nm.
