Abstract :
In this paper, based on the measured test data of the production quality of Jiefang Truck assembly line, the improved AHP is used to analyze the factors which affect the quality combining with the characteristics of quality influencing factors. And the results demonstrate its effectiveness. According to the main factors affecting the quality of Jiefang Truck assembly line, some improvements are put forward.
