  • Abstract
The wind load and wind field environment of far-ocean tall building second period construction are analyzed under 24 different wind directions using CFD method. It shows that the absolute value of body coefficient of tall buildings is bigger at bottom than on top as a whole. And the body coefficient of most vertical surfaces of the building is minus, however the positive value only appears on the surface which faces to the wind coming direction. The body coefficient of the top surface of the building is minus all the time and varies between -0.8 and -1.5 among different wind directions. The regular of wind interference is complex, specific analysis on different constructions should be done. High-speed wind usually happen in the gap between two tall buildings and depress safeness of structures and comfort of foot passenger. Small scale building usually can not keep out the downriver building in wind field, while large scale building can reduce the wind speed in downriver wind field. These effects can be considered in building layout.
