Abstract :
Establish symmetrical curve hysteretic forming system model containing slowly varying parameter, solve and analyze by adopting asymptotic method, and carry on experimental study by utilizing specially designed indoor small vibrating forming organization. Compare theoretical data with experimental data. The analysis indicates that in condition of relatively small forming model the influence of vibration mass of materials on the system is little; the system resonance curve may offset as change of material rigidity and damping parameter, and the vibrating frequency changes; changing vibrating amplitude and frequency of the vibration generator to further change exciting force may increase material forming efficiency.
