  • Abstract
CIM implementation involves not only technical aspect, but also human and organization aspect With the rapid growth of CIM applications in Chinese enterprises, more and more problems in human aspect were encountered when implementing and maintaining a CIM system. To solve the problems, the human factors must be considered at the very beginning of system analysis and design phase. For this purpose, an IDEF0-like modeling formalism to set up the organization model is proposed in this paper, and a method to analyze the human factors through the organization model is described
