  • Abstract
    Since olfaction simulation is under developing in virtual reality technology than hearing, seeing and feeling simulation. In this paper, a detailed program of simulation system for the olfaction is put forward, it includes the heating subsystem, the air subsystem, the control subsystem and the odor subsystem. By pre-setting the number of odor in the control subsystem, when a certain odor is needed, the heating subsystem will work on the corresponding odor, then the odor will be blown to the nose of user by the air subsystem. Moreover, the simulation system can regulate automatically the concentration of odor to simulate a wide range of odor.
