Abstract :
It is said that the era of the `network society´ is beginning. This new era is causing organizations to become more open and increasing the activities of their members, thus resulting in greater diversity within the organization. Diversity is now the fundamental characteristic of an organization, and the survival of organizations in the future will depend on how that diversity is managed to express individuality
