Abstract
Universities and the industrial sector (IS) are both important contributors to the growth, development and advancement of any country. In Jordan, cooperation between universities and the IS is still at its early stages and no clear mechanism exists for the type of relationship between them. The objective of this paper is to present a model for integrating the abilities of both universities and the IS. After inspecting the current environment, analyzing the factors affecting the integration process, examining statistical data, and based upon practical experience, an integrated model is proposed
