Abstract :
In this paper, the virtual simulation system of power plant be developed on Web environment with the technologies of graphic model and virtual DCS. The system simulates the 600 MW coal-fueled power unit, distributed control system (DCS) of Foxboro I/A and digital electro hydraulic system (DEH) of GE XDPS. The initial data would be imported from real-time database (RTDB) of InStep eDNA. Designing concept, system architecture and development process of virtual simulation system of power plant are introduced. Solutions for virtual control systems are described. Detailed processes and functions are evaluated when we integrate virtual simulation system and RTDB data. This innovative digital information system has some advantages such as good openness and high fidelity. By integration and application of virtual simulation system and RTDB data, we can extend the functions of simulation, and provide technical guidance for research and development of simulation system and full-scope analysis of the power plant.
