  • Abstract
The asymptotic stability of linear digital systems is examined under conditions of massive transient fault occurrence. It is shown that the usual approach for stability using eigenvalues does not appear suitable for these conditions. A theorem is derived about stability using the norms of the matrix actions on the system.
